The RSX windsurf girls of Hong Kong, Hayley Chan and Vicky Chan (not sisters), had to get used a little bit to the conditions here in Cadiz, Spain. After a nice warm Asian Championship in Thailand it's a bit of "shocker" to sail in 22 kn of wind and a temperature of 9 degrees. But they do a good job and keep on smiling.

The upcoming period is very important because of the national selection for the Olympics 2012. The RSX Europeans in Madeira at the end of this month and the RSX Worlds at the end of March will be deciding who will represent Hong Kong in London. Interesting enough during the first qualification event at the Worlds in Perth 2012 they ended up having the same amount of points so everything is open.

In a couple of days we will leave to Madeira, where it's most likely 5 - 7 degrees warmer, to make their final preparations for the Europeans. I will keep you updated of the racing during the Europeans.
